In this role, you have the opportunity to

The Senior Financial Analyst performs and assists in a variety of tasks within the Finance Department. You will lead client invoicing and Radiologist Payment process as well as pricing automation 2020 initiative.

You are responsible for

• Lead role in full completion of monthly invoicing for all A/R (1st-5th of month)
• Assist in maintaining templates needed for A/P and A/R figurations, as needed
• Assist with tracking and notifying billing team of issues for each billing cycle, as needed
• Setup of independent contractor monthly payments and reconciliation
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly tracking and balancing of all client invoices
• Reconciling third party insurance invoicing
• Assist in new independent contractor setups
• Assist in maintaining current employee tax, wage, 401K information and payroll deductions as needed for payroll completion and accuracy
• Assist with new client set up; and invoicing new clients
• Maintain accurate monthly financial reporting spreadsheets, as needed
• Assist with special financial projects, as needed
• Assist with annual tax preparation, as needed
• Assist with other duties and responsibilities, as determined by management

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Associates degree or equivalent years of direct experience or certifications
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Intermediate to advanced skillset with Excel (pivot tables, macros, vlookups)
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
• Basic knowledge of ICD-10, Medical Coding, PQRS/MIPS/Macra, preferred
• Insurance terminology knowledge (Medicaid, Commercial), preferred
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, business licensing, payroll, and payroll tax rules, etc.
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Detailed oriented with ability to produce and maintain accurate records
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational with strong analytical skills
• Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software in order to be able to work in a cloud-based setting
