Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a communications strategy and plan for the Product and Engineering teams
• Work with product teams to understand the product roadmap, get a handle on new features and updates, and regularly communicate these updates to Zoom employees
• Produce and distribute timely and robust internal-facing multimedia content and education around Zoom’s offerings (emails, chats, webinars, videos, FAQs, and so forth)
• Provide communications guidance and share best practices with stakeholders as needed
• Anticipate employees’ questions and concerns and proactively address in communications planning

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years communications experience, including some experience communicating to an internal employee audience
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to communicate effectively across different channels (email, instant messaging, All Hands, digital signage)
• Willingness to quickly become a subject matter expert on the Zoom platform
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams is a plus
