Solution Sales Executive - IT Transformation
Location – Hong Kong

The Senior Solution Sales Specialist will be responsible for market success of ServiceNow’s IT portfolio, among which its Operations Management, Asset Management, Business Management and DevOps solutions. These solutions are built on ServiceNow’s market leading platform and create a single source of truth and engagement that allows processes across the enterprise to execute with uniform information.
You will be responsible for communicating the various value propositions within the IT Workflow portfolio to prospects. You will develop a strong partnership with your designated Account Executives and Solution Consultant to provide a comprehensive and compelling message across all industries within your region. You will focus on targeting your IT Transformation message to specific customer needs and will focus on being a trusted advisor to our community of customers and partners. Finally, you will represent ServiceNow at local and regional events to drive your message into the broader market.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Understand, develop and grow a Region whereby monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Develop joint sales plans with the field sales team and sales strategy for achieving sales targets.
  • Work jointly on all aspects of the sales cycle to secure new IT Workflow customers
    • Capitalize on both new and existing relationships to introduce ServiceNow’s IT Workflow offerings
    • Canvassing and Cold calling
    • Executive Calls and Presentations/Demonstrations
    • Demonstrate ROI & POV proposals
    • Negotiation and Closing
  • Maintain sufficient activity levels to achieve sales targets and build appropriate pipeline to achieve quarterly sales targets.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 10+ years of software sales experience, SaaS preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of IT Operations and platforms in correlation with application, networking and systems management tools. A strong market landscape is required.
  • Candidates will be highly motivated and have extensive experience in successfully selling large ticket solutions.
  • Candidates must have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related discipline preferred.
  • Linguistic ability in Cantonese will be an added advantage.
  • Extensive Travel required
  • Written: Must be able to assist with RFPs, customer communication
  • Verbal: Must be able to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Interpersonal: Ability to forge new, strong business relationships
  • Presentation: Customer facing presentations
  • Work in a Team Environment.
