About the role:

Limeade is looking for seasoned professionals for our growing Advisory Services team within the Limeade Institute. Our team of Advisors will be focused on providing strategic and operational advice to our existing customers prospects and work cross-functionally to integrate our Limeade Institute methods and models into product, marketing, etc. Advising will consist of working with customers on developing Human Resources strategy and implementing a variety of strategic employee experience approaches relating to culture, employee engagement, well-being, inclusion, internal communications, and other related topics to support the growth and retention of our customers. This role will report to the Senior Director, Advisory Services.

Our ideal candidate has deep experience in the field of organizational psychology and Human Resources technology, as well as demonstrated experience and success in prior consulting and sales roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-create and implement new, scalable advisory approaches and processes that ensure successful and efficient outcomes, including growth and retention with our customers and prospects
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to drive customer retention through scaled advisory solutions and prioritized customer advisory
  • Provide guidance and advice across Limeade that has a positive impact on business results
  • Support Product and Brand Management in defining best practices and recommended solutions by serving as the voice of the customer and translating Limeade POV into product
  • Serve as a resource for peer review of presentations and other client facing documentation
  • Partner with Marketing on efforts (e.g., webinars, blog, content curation) to translate and represent Limeade POV and impact qualifying pipeline
  • As needed, build credibility with HR leaders through clear communication, applying scaled solutions based on research and best practice


Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
  • 5-7 years of experience in internal and/or external consulting, advising Talent Leaders in one or more of the following areas: employee research and measurement, employee engagement, HR technology, well-being, inclusion, internal communications, intentional culture and other related topics
  • Subject matter expertise in one or multiple strategic areas: employee research and measurement, employee engagement, well-being, inclusion, internal communications, intentional culture and other related topics
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with HR technology platforms to support talent management and employee experience
  • Demonstrated ability to be a trusted and strategic advisor
  • Up to 40% travel may be required
