Sales Support Operations Manager

Job Description

This positon is in the HPE Financial Services Asset Management Organization. Would be responsible for leading the Americas customer delivery sales support team in our Enterprise products Certified Pre-Owned line of business. Set direction, ensure levels of support and quality, interface to senior management on status and strategy to support business growth. Position supports product being built and configured at our Andover Technology Renewal Center, the world's largest such operation.

HPE Financial Services (HPFS) is the leasing and lifecycle asset management business of HPE. We offer a full range of asset management solution, ranking amongst the world's largest such IT technology organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive high level of customer and sales team support
• Coach, mentor and drive initiatives across the team
• Identify areas to improve the operations' agility, cost, and quality.
• Work cross functionally to resolve issues that block sales opportunity. Work specific issues that could stall large opportunities
• Ensure business governance and compliance is met
• Provide delivery forecast updates to global leadership team
• Own and resolve all customer and process issues to resolution
• Meet and exceed all Key Performance Indicators
• In addition to support of direct sales support team, oversee and manage team of accounts receivable, purchasing and invoice
• Promote and ensure HPE culture across the team

Education and Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Managerial Experience
• Experience supporting a sales team is preferred
• Proven record working issues across multiple organizations
• Demonstrated ability to interface across different levels

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Personnel development strategies including: performance appraisal techniques and coaching & mentoring.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, order management system.
• Program/project management capabilities
• Adaptable to change
