Senior Marketing Analyst (f/m/d).

Your role:

• As your main responsibility you work in a cross-functional team in our Core Consumer Business Unit. You generate insights out of data and collaborate closely with your teammates to develop new ideas, objectively evaluate them (mostly with experiments) and recommend impactful next steps.
• Additionally, you support our Marketing Function pro-actively for analytical questions, and global projects (e.g. create Marketing Mix Model or Multi Touch Attribution).
• Simultaneously you belong to a highly skilled and agile analytics team within mobile.de and across different eBay Classifieds businesses around the world, sharing knowledge and developing shared standards and solutions around analysis, measurement and reporting.

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in an analytical role
• You have good knowledge in analyzing SEM, SEO, onsite, email, display and other performance marketing channels as well as conversion optimization, attribution and user segmentation
• You possess a capacity to convert complex business questions into specific requirements, relevant metrics and measurable insights to give clear recommendations
• You are able to slice big projects into smaller pieces and efficiently communicate with a wide set of people to achieve the right outcomes as quickly as possible
• You have outstanding experience to partner with your peers and support them in making decisions based on the right data
• You have a pragmatic approach and know when a topic requires 100% and when 20% is enough
• You have practical experiences in data retrieval (e.g. SQL, R or Python) and a good grasp of statistics
• You are proficient in English and ideally also speak German
