Want to help Rakuten Rewards turn marketing analytics into a competitive strength? This is an opportunity to lead an analytics and business intelligence discipline focused on providing deeper insight into the Rakuten Rewards marketing program. You’ll be working collaboratively with the marketing team, supporting on-going marketing efforts and bringing in critical thinking to help drive acquisition and retention. You’ll be tackling some unique complexities due to the scale, nature, and complexity of the Rakuten Rewards business model, and you’ll have open access to some amazing, untapped, data sets. Can you collaborate with the business and demonstrate your capabilities and skills to other data-driven marketers and execs? Then get ready for an exciting challenge.
This is a hands-on leadership role, so you’ll be bringing a mix of analysis, data science, data modeling, team management, and project management to the table. This role is perfect for a highly accomplished, data-driven marketer/analyst looking for a new and exciting challenge. You’ll will be responsible for enabling the marketing team to excel - by leading projects to store and analyze more comprehensive data sets, by managing projects to develop attribution models and algorithms, and by building ever better reporting interfaces and tools for use by the marketing team. This is a new role and for the right person, it will be a superb opportunity to make vital contribution in a fascinating role.
