About this role

You will be working closely with the Customer Success team at Remind to help support our school and district partners. The Customer Success team is the face of Remind to our school and district partners from onboarding, to activation, engagement, and renewal. Your mission will be to help onboard our school and district partners to ensure the successful rollout of Remind. Projects may include: hosting training sessions, customizing account configuration, customizing presentations and reports, and providing support for our administrator features.

About you

  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator and can adapt your style to meet diverse customer and internal stakeholder needs.
  • You are extremely organized and detail oriented and can think strategically about how to tailor your approach for specific customer needs.
  • You're an experienced self-starter capable of working relatively autonomously.
  • You are tech-savvy and have the ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
  • Bonus: You have worked in the education field and/or customer support in some capacity.

What you’ll do

  • Provide training and support to Remind’s school and district partners via video conference and live webinars.
  • Support the on-boarding of our paid customers by provisioning user accounts, configuring classes, and preparing customers for a successful launch of Remind in their school or district.
  • Support the integrity of Remind's customer and contact database by identifying erroneous or anomalous data and taking actions to correct or remove errors.
  • Work with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to maintain the overall health of Remind's customer and internal data.
  • Interface with school and district administrators for check-in conversations and to collect missing account information.

On your first day, you should

  • Be prepared to analyze customer purchases in order forms and in CRM (Salesforce) notes to determine what is needed in customer facing communications and presentations.
  • Be comfortable reviewing spreadsheet files to determine account provisioning and account customizations.
  • Be able to write clear and concise customer facing emails and internal communications.

Compensation

  • This is a 40 hour per week seasonal contractor role from May - September 2020 with an hourly salary of $16/hr.
