System Administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a System Admin with IBM, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource: data.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Apple Mac Support specialists are responsible for supporting accounts that use Apple Mac devices in their environment, typically alongside an enterprise management toolset such as the JAMF Pro, Dell KACE, Munki, Deploy Studio, etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Knowledge of Apple operating systems, components and configurations
• Knowledge of the customer’s Apple management middleware tool/solution (e.g. JAMF Software Server)
• Knowledge of Image/OS Configuration Creation and Deployment tools (e.g., JAMF Pro, Dell KACE, Munki, DeployStudio, etc.)
• Knowledge of Apple Mac packaging tools (e.g. JAMF Composer)
• Knowledge of Apple Scripting Languages (e.g. AppleScript, Python, Bash, etc)
• Knowledge of patch management
English Level: Advance
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Knowledge of Virtualization Platforms (e.g. VMware Fusion, VMWare ESXi, Parallels, etc.)
• Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Knowledge of Device Drivers
• Knowledge of Apple Mac Hardware models
• Problem determination and remediation
Operational
• Knowledge of WMS service line components, tools, technologies & processes
• Knowledge of WMS Factory Model Structure
