The First Line of Defense (FLOD) Program Manager in the First Line of Defense Center of Excellence (FLOD COE) will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and execution of a portfolio of programs and initiatives designed to support the First Line of Defense Internal Controls. This person should be an exceptional relationship builder who can interact successfully at all levels of the company, from individual contributors to executive management. This person should have a proven ability to influence and make key decisions - and thrive - in a highly matrixed environment. This role will require a strong partnership across separate functional areas, lines of business and support areas (business owners, risk owners, etc.) to drive clear and transparent execution and reporting. This individual will be responsible for establishing timelines and milestones for both department goals and project goals, predicting roadblocks and finding integration points to move work forward, and establishing and optimizing internal processes for the best results. The FLOD Program Manager will collaborate with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense in the execution and implementation of various programs based upon guidance from management. This position holds global responsibilities and will require coordination between APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North American teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and lead various Internal Controls support initiatives including but not limited to:
- Supporting effective communication and collaboration across the broad Internal Controls community through the facilitation of forums, both virtual and in-person as needed
- Supporting clear communication channels between the various Business Units and the FLOD COE by coordinating periodic reviews with each stakeholder group, including gathering relevant content, preparing presentation materials, and tracking action items
- Partner with Second and Third Line of Defense teams and key program stakeholders to help support business unit initiatives
- Provide leadership with project status updates and monitor all aspects of projects to achieve the project objectives on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance
- Coordinate and maintain relevant reports and presentations for all projects and initiatives across the team on a monthly basis or as needed

Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:
- BA/BS degree
- 10+ years of professional related experience
- Demonstrates strong and effective leadership skills and ability to operate comfortably within a complex cultural, global environment.
- Possess sound judgment, flexibility and nimbleness in changing courses and solving problems swiftly.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to multitask effortlessly and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines.
