Job Summary

We are looking for an EPG Program Manager to join PDG Gateway, where we are responsible for the development and release of Gateway products. For every day, we strive to make our products and way of working better than yesterday, integrating continuously as well as listening and delivering to customer as often as possible.

As a Program Manager at Gateway, you will be part of fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and trust. At Gateway we constantly try to learn new things and we guarantee that you will develop as a leader and grow together with the organization.

The role is based in Lindholmen (our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden), but we also have operations in Shanghai and Madrid as well as strong dependencies to platform development in Budapest, Beijing and Bangalore.

The purpose of EPG Program Manager is to achieve EPG monthly releasability by;

  • Ensuring that we always have a known status and plan that represent the reality
  • Ensuring that our stakeholders know, understand and trust the status and plan
  • Ensuring that we have a known risk level quantified on EPG level with mitigation possibilities identified
  • Driving mitigation actions to ensure required changes take effect

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Visualize overall EPG plan and progress towards plan, including overall risk level and mitigation actions
  • Optimize communication flows within the global GW organization and adapt communication structure to market needs
  • Communicate with applicable stakeholders
  • Capture impediments and drive applicable actions to remove the impediments
  • Secure continuous flow optimization

  • Ability to take decisions and follow through to wanted effect
  • Ability to create strong networks
  • Genuine interest in leadership and strong coaching capabilities

  • Experience in project management, Lean and Agile principles
  • Fluent in English, written and oral
  • Interest and good understanding of R&D and SW development
