Description

• Communicate with the business and external customers to understand requests / problems / requirements
• Design, develop, test and deploy solutions for electronic purchase order and sales order invoicing transactions with customers
• Work collaboratively with customers to design and implement punchout sites for electronic purchase orders
• Troubleshoot/resolve issues with invoicing and electronic data transmissions, Rejection management and rebilling processes
• Ownership of small to medium sized EDI/custom billing projects
• Assist in the application development of small to medium SQL enhancements

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
• 5+ years’ experience mapping/supporting EDI transactions with customers
• Proven experience creating/supporting X12 transactions (810, 855, 856) and cXML documents
• Experience writing/debugging/enhancing simple SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience with Acom Solutions EZConnect EDI/XML – B2B Data Integration Software
• Experience with C# (programming language)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders – both internal & external
• Excellent requirements gathering and elicitation skills
• Familiar with setup and support of punch-out sites
• Familiar with different FTP processes
• Familiar with different EDI billing systems
• Management of Security Certs
• eCommerce or DSD/Retail experience is a plus
