Job Description

At Circus Brazil we are looking for an indispensable role: a Talent and Culture Specialist that can accomplish the maintenance of the necessary talent to operate without difficulties through a talent search and selection process based on our Circus values.

The main responsibilities are:

• Follow-up from start to finish of the talent selection and attraction processes.
• Knowledge of creative, digital, production, administrative profiles, etc.
• Posting of positions on the appropriate channels.
• Search and contact viable candidates to give information about the position.
• Coordinate interview with internal client and follow up.
• Negotiation of final offers to selected candidates.
• Be responsible of digital and physical registrations and new income records.
• Actively participate on the On Boardings processes
• Be aware of the needs of talent, culture and personnel management that every team need.
• Seek alliances with educational institutions that train talent like the ones we need.
• + 3 years of design, delivery and deployment of talent focused Human Resources programs (talent review, talent assessment, talent management and talent development).
• Knowledge on creative profiles on the advertising world.
• General knowledge of HR processes.
• Being able to maintain conversations and write docs in English (proficient).
• Be proficient in Spanish too.
• Be attentive to details and organized with great negotiating skills.
