Warby Parker is searching for a hard-working, upbeat Production Associate to join us in our Indiana Facility. Our facility has helped us sustainably grow our supply chain and consistently provide top-notch customer service. What you’ll do:

• Inspects and approves incoming counted products confirming specifications, conducting visual test and returning unacceptable product to manager.
• Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to supervisor.
• Cleans the products for final process by hand and or using Industrial cleaning machines.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
