Job Description
Role Summary:
The Site Human Resources Manager, will be responsible for providing the full scope of HR advice, guidance, and support across a manufacturing population. In this role, you will partner with the site leadership team to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human capital within the site as well as lead a HR team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide HR leadership at a stand-alone GE facility and act as a member of the site leadership team
- Provide expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of; professional relations, hourly relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change and development and communications
- Perform a leadership role in recruiting, selection, performance management and career development
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Employee HR Management team, and O&TD professionals to execute business-specific HR strategies
- Consult with the clients to define roles/missions and design the organizational structure to support the needs of the site
- Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance
- Provide support or deliver training on a variety of Human Resources topics including; interviewing, Salary Planning, Performance Management, New Employee Orientation and New Manager Assimilation
- Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment
- Develop appropriate Human Resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and develop / implement appropriate change management plans, as required
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
- Exercise good judgment and decision-making in the best interest of maintaining amenable labor-management relations
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Significant professional work experience
- Must be fluent in Hungarian and English language

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent knowledge or experience
