 This key member of our International Expansion Team will report to the Director of Local Marketing and help create and execute creative and unique storytelling initiatives and campaigns that speak to our target audiences. We need a conceptual thinker, articulate communicator and flawless executor with a unique skill set whose actions will make a huge difference in real people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all local brand marketing activities for the company
• Develop the local marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Create and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the local brand marketing budget.
• Plan and Create all brand marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
• Overall responsibility for local brand management and corporate identity
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of brand marketing communications.
• Work closely with creators, agencies and assisting with new product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of the brand marketing objectives.
• Analyze potential strategic brand partners and develop those relationships.
• Hold high standards for operational excellence.
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging channels and strategies and bring fresh, creative thinking to execution.
• Analyze competitive, consumers and trends to influence innovative approaches and plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience - in-house, preferably within a startup, online or eCommerce business, or at an advertising agency working across a variety of initiatives/clients and/or managing campaigns and activations
• Must have efficient project management and operational skills
• Effective communicator, conceptual and strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into execution
• Interest and understanding of the creative, marketing and technology fields
• Curious, fast learner, fast to respond, fearless attitude and a passion for storytelling
• Up-to-date with digital trends and marketing best practices
• Able to see other people’s points of view and take constructive feedback
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but your experience is what counts
