As a Customer Success Analyst, you will work on Zebra Prescriptive Analytics (ZPA) solution to translate customers’ big data sets into business. This role combines business consulting, with hands-on BI configuration and support, as well as strong relationship building and consultative skills.

Collaborate with other analysts on the team to provide analytics support to different business functions on the customer side, and cross functionally work within Zebra with customer success managers, data operations, R&D, sales and our product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to use the ZPA tool to write patterns on customer’s data (coding skills are an advantage, yet not required) that drive business results and improve operational processes for our customers
  • As part of a team of analysts provide support for implementation and ongoing configuration of the tool, help identify business needs and conduct hands on analytics configuration.
  • Develop familiarity with customer data to be able to identify new data requirements, perform data validation and advise on data modeling
  • Perform analysis and find business opportunities in diverse and big data sets
  • Develop expertise in the tool and the data types that feed into it, including inventory, point of sale, workforce, RFID and more
  • Drive development, execution and improvement of action plans for ZPA customers, by providing advice and guidance

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Math/Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Ability to learn and operate a BI tool (such as Tableau, SAS, Power BI, etc..) on a highly skilled level
  • Desire to learn hands-on analytics practices and develop big data expertise
  • Ability to identify business needs and requirements and tie them into functional analytics implementation
  • Client facing and project management skills – ability to work directly with different functions on the client side (both technical and business), deliver against a roadmap and prioritizing conflicting priorities

Preferred

  • Familiarity with omni-channel retail data sources (POS, inventory, e-com, etc.)
  • Experience working for Retail
  • Knowledge in big data infrastructures and BI implementation
  • Knowledge with ML models such as anomaly detection, clustering and decision trees
  • Knowledge of analytics languages like SAS, R or Python
