Purpose of the Job
The Global Intercompany order management job role (Global ICOM) is responsible to execute,
support and manage the cross-border service flows globally.
The job role covers responsibilities within order execution for cross border service requests and
manage adherence to EBP (Evidence Based Practice) process and other financial and operational directives and requirements.
Typical Interfaces
Close interaction is required with internal interfaces, e.g. CPM, SDM, PFM, ODM, PMO, Supply,
Order desks, Contract Control, Group Finance Company Control, Business Control and MA/BA.
Tools and Resources
MUS/ONE (SAP) P12 and P40, EriDoc, Case Management Tool, Erimatch, F-tool for customer support
HANA, BOT for ICRRB Staffing Agreement forms, GSF allocation database, Excel, Analysis for Excel
Behavioral Competences
Process adherence, delivering results, meeting customer expectations, working with people, analyzing,
writing and reporting, following instructions and procedures.
