Roles and Responsibilities
He or She will be responsible for the following
• Be the escalation focal point into HCL for process related items (Process not being followed, process not defined, process is incorrect, etc.) from the operations team, the project team and the business partners
• To interface with Shire Business partners on service delivery escalations and delivery reviews as requested by the Shire tower leads and Business partners.
• Attend the daily / weekly operations call (as appropriate) to listen to dialogs surrounding operations issues, to provide insight to assigned escalations, to receive additional escalations or to proactively take escalation actions before they are escalated
• Attend the daily / weekly change call to listen to dialogs surrounding change issues, to provide insight to assigned escalations and to receive additional escalations or to proactively take escalation actions before they are escalated
• Attend the regular project review calls to listen to dialogs surrounding project issues, to provide insight to assigned escalations
• Manages communications amongst team members, functional departments, business sponsor, and the supporting project office
• Will act as a delivery management SPOC for NV location and will handle Rhythm team as an SLM
