HP BIO Reporting: We are the IT Reporting and Extracts Team. We build Reports, Dashboards and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Scripts primarily for Accounting and Finance users and auditors using SAP Business objects and Tableau as reporting tools. We also build some Claims Operational reports

Intern Project

The Intern will work with FIN report developers in building reports/dashboards, write/troubleshoot SQL, involve in defects fixing and assists in submitting deployment requests for the team. You will have a great opportunity to be mentored by an -Intern Buddy-. An Intern buddy is someone on the team who was an Intern previously, they will help you understand the work and its value.

We are looking for an Intern with SQL knowledge, any reporting/visualization tools knowledge (SAP BO, Tableau). Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal, written communication and ability to learn quickly with experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.

Essential Functions:
- Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
- Report development and analytics.
- Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
- Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
- Job shadowing in other functional areas.
- Performing additional duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience

Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university within the last year.
License, Certification, Registration
- N/A
Additional Requirements:
- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- 3.0 GPA or above
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
