Your Opportunity

The purpose of the Asset Operations department within Schwab Retirement Business Services (RBS) is to meet the needs of Plan Administrator Services and Retirement Plan Services channels for account and security maintenance, trading & transfer of assets, reporting, reconciliation and income processing for the various investment vehicles offered by RBS

What you’re good at

The Asset Operations Associate will utilize numerous applications for processing mutual fund-related activities and account opening/maintenance for various retirement plan products. Candidate will be responsible for multiple functions including reviewing assets for availability, analyzing plan documents, performing plan maintenance and setting up accounts in accordance with department procedures. Successful candidate will cross-train to back up co-workers and process requests with a primary emphasis on accuracy. Candidate will need to prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining continuous communication with management and other internal business partners.
