Role:

• Manage a team of Security and Vulnerability Management Engineers working on:
• Developing tooling and frameworks to secure our products throughout the entire SDLC (static analysis, CSRF/XSS prevention libraries, CSP, code hardening efforts, etc).
• Developing automation frameworks that minimize the human effort required to consume, understand, and triage security vulnerabilities from bug bounty, scanners, and penetration testing.
• Making decisions and building processes that guide how and when the business addresses security vulnerabilities.
• Running our third-party penetration testing program and managing vendor relationships and budgets.
• Creating and driving the metrics that incentivize desired behaviors both within information security and across the business.
• Requirements
• Depth and breadth of knowledge of security engineering, application security, and vulnerability management lifecycles.

We value Engineering Managers who have:

• 5+ years of relevant engineering work experience and 2+ years of hands-on technical management experience
• Coding ability and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications
• Been actively involved in setting vulnerability management vision and strategy at high-scale
• Actively coached and mentored team members in their careers
• Track record in partnering with recruiting to build incredible engineering teams
• Shipped several large scale projects with multiple dependencies across teams
• Consistently made culture choices that positively impact all of engineering
