Day-to-Day
- Handle key implementation onboarding steps from the point of sale through engaging the project team
- Prepare the project team for success by identifying potential solution gaps, sticking points, and working internally to address
- Own a portfolio of work that includes customers in various phases of their implementation lifecycle
- Engage in daily stand-up meetings to identify key action items and assist in prioritizing work for project teams
- Conduct status calls with customers that are escalated or pushing for tight timelines
- Resolve project scheduling conflicts by working with priority stakeholders to adjust priority of projects
What skills and experience do I need to be successful?
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Strong communication, change management, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes relating to retail, manufacturing, grocery and/or logistics industries.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals without direct authority over personnel.
- Quality focused; detail oriented; ability to prioritize a high number of projects
- Preferred but not required –
- Experience working with EDI documents in ANSI x12/EDIFACT file formats
- Systems consulting or systems implementation/migration experience
- Exposure to project-based work experience in IT, Project Management, Customer Service, or a related field
