As we move forward to becoming the world’s retail network, we have to build out a team to help us get there! SPS Commerce is seeking an Associate Solutions Strategist to join our Enterprise Supplier Implementation team. This is a great entry-point into the Business Analysis space where candidates have a naturally long run-way for growth. Our Associate Solutions Strategists work to gather business requirements and translate them to technical requirements. Then, working with tech teams, will provide consultation to ensure delivery aligns with expectations.

The Day-to-Day
- Partner with stakeholders on the design, testing, implementation, and evaluation of business process changes.
- Define and document data transformation and validations within a data mapping design for each transaction.
- Outlining project requirements in an EDI specification for the retailer’s trading partners.
- Assist in defining test plans to successfully implement and deploy the retailer’s solution.
- Support changes and/or enhancements to existing programs reviewing requirements to identify solutions as well as potential risks and impacts to existing trading partner integrations.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful?
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or technology
- 2+ years of Business Analysis or Project Management Experience
- A general understanding of SaaS applications
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them to technical requirements
- Preferred but not required –
- SalesForce experience
- Retail and/or Supply Chain Experience
