About the Role

We're looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Clearing Operations team and focus on supporting our Securities Processing department. You'll perform essential operational duties to keep our stock record, DTC settlements, security master, and corporate actions businesses running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Reconciling our positions with the DTC
• Working with street participants to settle delivery obligations and help run the buy-in desk
• Working with compliance and engineering in developing processes and systems to support the back office clearing functions and reporting
• Work cross-functionally with the corporate action and security master team

Some things we consider critical for this role:

• 4+ years working experience in settlements, clearing, etc
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An in-depth understanding equity settlements
• Familiarity with brokerage operations, clearance, and settlement
• Ability to stay organized while performing analysis and solving problems in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience
• Series 7 license or the ability to obtain within 90 days
• Proficiency in spreadsheets
• Strong Robinhood product knowledge

Bonus points:

• Series 24 license
• Database experience - SQL, python
• Experience working at a fast-growing company
