Be a part of a consumer marketing team, built on developing integrated healthy sleep communication strategies and promotional programs for global markets. Today more than ever, a healthy home makes a real difference for families. Managing a team and developing marketing solutions for healthy sleep is a reward all its own.

You are responsible for

  • Manages and oversees all aspects of campaign, program and project development and execution, including strategy, planning, budgeting, vendors, and measurement.
  • Planning, analyzing and leading the development of new product launches and services.
  • Responsible for understanding the Voice-of-the-Consumer, consumer journey and inflection points to influence consumers as well as create a seamless consumer journey
  • Works closely with SRC marketing stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop plans/programs/campaigns that represent the breadth of Philips’ offering for consumers.
  • Responsible for developing and collaborating across the global marketing and broader SRC organization to develop and execute the integrated marketing plan
  • Demonstrate competence in managing budgets.
  • Support the Social and Public Relations team in communicating to the consumer in all relevant social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, YouTube, Google+, Vine, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of relevant market trends, competitive activities and the latest best practices in
    e-marketing and brand development.
  • Uses diplomacy and persuasiveness to guide stakeholders in supporting the most effective strategy.
  • Prepare and align consumer marketing plans and recommendations, and effectively present these to Marketing leadership and other senior stakeholders.

You are a part of

The B2C Marketing Team that is located in our center of innovation at Schenley Place. This is an extremely collaborative environment where you will work cross functionally.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelors of Marketing or related degree
  • 10+ years’ experience within the field of Communications
  • Strong B2C experience
  • Experience working with retailers – (Walmart, CVS, Walgreens etc.)
  • Global experience preferred
  • The ability to be hands on in guiding, developing and editing compelling messaging to specific audiences and segments.
  • Confidence and effectiveness in dealing with senior leaders on matters of strategy and communications.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and make decisions independently based on thorough understanding and analysis of business objectives.
  • Demonstrate competence in managing budgets.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and globally; identifying synergies between businesses and markets to drive efficiencies and consistency of messaging.
