Job Description

Role: Maximo Lead Developer

Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years of large scale Maximo EAM experience as a technical lead

• Experience with Java, Jython and Python scripting

• Experience in Maximo integration technologies like MIF, MEA, Object structures, services, channels, etc., and integration with other applications.

Preferred Skills:

1. Previous experience working on client facing roles

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

• Provide Maximo EAM System expert advice on implementation, integration, enhancements as applicable.

• Establish effective working relationship directly with the client

• Provide Maximo on-site support and liaison with an off-site support team for supporting day-to-day activities and for any new development/enhancement activities.

• Plan and coordinate Maximo upgrades.

• Monitor Maximo application performance, resource usage, and system health and provide recommendations for performance and efficiency improvement

• Work with other team members to provide root cause
