Job Description

Position Title: Sales Manager, Baby Care

Reports to: Sales Manager China Location: Shanghai Job Duties:

• Support on distributor management including distributor sell in /sell out/inventory, assessment and sales team management etc.
• Lead distributor monthly business review
• Implement a monthly Hyper care on one distributor Branch to improve the coverage efficiency and capability including market visit, retailer/wholesaler interview and assessment
• Initiative programs to improve coverage efficiency and effectiveness based on market insight and best practice in industry
• Focus on GTM program to increase active store % in B&M channel for business growth
• Support to allocate sales resources (promotion PE, Merchandising) based on right service model and coverage depth
• Supervise and monitor the sell-in, sell-out, display and merchandising of identified key platform/channel customer
• Be an interface between distributor, wholesaler, sales and marketing management
• Drive new product launch in line with global/national business strategy
• Achieve designated annual sales revenue targets & GM target

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3+ years sales manager experience (experience in RTM project is preferred)
• Ca. 8 years of sales experience in a progressive internationally well-known premium consumer goods industry or FMCG
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  
• 30%-50% travel
