Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to join our growing Channel & Partnerships team. This individual will play a key role in helping us manage and further develop in the following areas:
1. Global Partner Program Strategy And Operations
  • Defining & evolving the UserTesting Global partner program strategy so that it aligns with both UserTesting and our partners business needs today and in the future.
  • Maintaining a ‘Best in class’ program with the differentiators between each main Partner type (Strategic, Global Systems Integrators, Resellers and Agencies) and the requirement & benefits within each partner type
  • Defining and driving execution of the Partner Enablement strategy and direction
  • Reporting strategies needed to satisfy both internal and external needs.
  • Adding new Partner Types to support the changing nature of the business e.g. adding Master Agents to support SMB & Mid-Market segments, and drive more lead generation via non-traditional partners
  • Ensure Partners are leveraging the UserTesting Partner Program & Portal and other Partner specific enablement programs
  • Working on strategic company initiatives to understand their impact on Partners and developing strategies for their adoption via partners e.g. UserTesting Subscription licenses and Agency Models.
  • Annual compliance reviews of Partner Performance and tiering and, managing the process.
  • Staying current externally on both CX and broader Enterprise software partner programs
  • Face of the Partner Program by building relationships with C-Levels at our Global System Integrators, Strategic Partners and Tier 1 Agencies.
  • Deliver on the planning, reporting and day to day operation of the Global program
2. Partner Enablement
  • Defining & creating Learning Paths for Partners by Role (Sales, Pre-Sales & Support) and coordination with Sales & UserTesting University on available content & classes
  • Support all new product launches by ensuring adequate training and information will be available to channel partners
  • Creating, updating & delivering Channel Manager new hire Bootcamp and Onboarding
  • Creating training modules to provide continual Education internally for AE’s and Channel Manager’s and leadership on ‘working with partners at UserTesting’.
  • Communication on program updates and changes via Digital Postcard, Announcements, webinars, etc.
3. Systems & Tools For Partners
  • Provide input regarding the ongoing direction and functionality requirements for the UserTesting Partner Portal as the central resource to the channel partner community
  • Ensuring organizational utilization, the roadmap of new tools e.g. ROI Calculator and new functionality e.g. GU Compliance Dashboard to the UserTesting Partner Portal
4. Partner Program Day To Day Operations
  • Compliance Reviews on specific partner
  • Deal registration and Lead Referral approvals
  • Partner program operation to validate deals and pay referrals once approved
  • Operational Support - For program team, Channel Manager’s, and Sales Operations
  • Data Governance specific to Global partners in SFDC
  • Analytics and Reporting dashboards
  • Managing partner user requests for Portal access
  • Manage Partner presence on website: Input, Changes and Approvals
  • Channel specific strategy and program development as well as proven ability to execute
  • Strong matrix cross-functional influence skills, collaboration skills, and the ability to facilitate change and engage others in the execution of requirements and goals.
  • Strong operational experience, with a good sense for practicalities and how to optimize processes, procedures for the execution of programs.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Proven understanding of channel operations and sales processes, systems and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience producing reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Clari
  • Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Channel/Partner Program Operations role for an Enterprise SaaS company.
