Why you want to work for our Security team:

The Security Compliance Manager will coordinate and manage compliance audits across the organization. They will work collaboratively across the organization to ensure policies and standards are followed to maintain a state of compliance.

The position will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and will be located in Accruent’ s Office in New Orleans, Louisiana.

How you'll make a difference:

• Lead and manage audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain and mature the information security program
• Manage the ISO 27001 certification program
• Maintain the information management system for existing product certifications and expand to additional products as appropriate
• Establish and adhere to the cadence of quarterly reviews and yearly audits
• Manage third party information security compliance and security assessments while coordinating with the appropriate regulatory entities and authorities
• Responsible for response to questionnaires regarding the Accruent information security program
• Monitor changes to the regulatory frameworks and landscape and recommend policy changes to the CISO that will help the business be proactive in reaching compliance

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of information security compliance/internal audit experience
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CGEIT required
• BS degree in Engineering, Cyber Security or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Interest or experience in people management
• Ability to influence and achieve results via accountability and negotiation and creative problem solving
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong facilitation skills with a proven track record of proactively obtaining consensus across working teams towards a common goal
• Have worked with external partners and handling outside facing relationships
• Experience interpreting revising and planning around policies
• Management experience of projects or programs
• Preferred skills/experience:
• ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 1 and/or SOC 2, ITGC
• Establishing and leading IT internal audit
