The IT Project Manager will plan, manage, and execute a variety of projects across IT and the lines of business that IT supports. Projects may span teams, departments, or the entire company. This person works with various stakeholders to identify business goals, plan the initiative, scoping, develop resources, and communicate progress.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage projects as needed to meet business goals and objectives
• Develop schedules and methods for measuring results
• Gather and analyze project and team metrics
• Identify and balance major project constraints including cost, scope, schedule, risk, quality, resources, and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate and guide the creation of an IT Project Intake Process and Project Portfolio
• Maintain IT Project Portfolio
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to project team members
• Monitor project deliverables and deadlines; determine and communicate project status and health to executive sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and cloud computing concepts.
• The ability to work effectively with multiple teams in various locations
• Up to 5 years of experience planning and managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams in a cloud environment
• Project management certification, e.g. PMP, agile preferred, but not required
• Travel: Up to 20%
