Role
We're looking for a Talent Operations (People Ops) Manager who will be an operational partner to several of our Talent Partner (HRBP) teams to help drive their broader talent strategies. This role will be an integral part of our Global Talent Ops team and act as a trusted advisor and partner to one or more of our Talent Directors and the Talent Partners on their teams. A successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment, has a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences and builds strong relationships with leaders and employees. We need someone with strong business acumen to come in with a hands-on attitude and optimize existing processes as well as create new processes to continually drive our EX mission and goals.
Responsibilities
- Proactively shape the Talent Operations service delivery model to align with business strategy and changing needs of the Talent Director client org(s) supported.
- Be a Talent Ops hands on expert for the assigned business groups to support root cause analysis and identifying solutions for discrepancies in employee data, open positions, and other Workday data for client org(s)
- Have a high standard for data quality and implement processes and controls to ensure Workday data is kept updated and accurate for the client org(s) supported.
- Proactively think through the data implications for any process or organization change.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent, Legal, Finance, IT) to develop seamless processes that support talent needs while maintaining data integrity, compliance and efficiency.
- Using organizational context, proactively leverage data and basic analysis to drive data-based decisions within client groups supported
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive operations experience in a high speed, high growth environment.
- Prior experience with Workday is required
- Prior experience as a HR Generalist or non-HR business-facing role is preferred
- People management experience is preferred
- A thought partner who can work at a detailed tactical level and also at the strategic big picture level while executing talent priorities at an aggressive and sometimes chaotic pace.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills to effectively support and connect with a diverse team and across varying levels of seniority.
- Willing to roll sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the role - no job is too big or too small.
- Well-developed analytical and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive employee issues.
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Self directed and highly independent.
