The Marketing Traffic Production Manager is responsible for agile planning, project management, and process improvement within marketing
What You’ll Do:
- Implements agile marketing processes for the creation and continuous improvement of workflow at the campaign and ticket levels; documents strategy and trains cross-functional teams on implementation
- Provides product ownership for the marketing JIRA and/or Monday.com project, coordinating with IT for ongoing optimization
- Project manage delivery at the team and solution levels, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and facilitating review and retrospective meetings
- Serves as the global traffic coordinator for solution and/or services teams; manages backlog, rush requests, and load balancing, and coordinates intake
- Manages the marketing planning process, partnering across global marketing teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness to business need
- Creates, communicates, and enforces campaign timelines
- Coordinates needs across the core US marketing team, prioritizing and balancing requirements with delivery management counterparts
- Assists with cross-team resourcing and balancing to ensure bandwidth is available to execute short- term or unforeseen deliverables
- Manages the annual marketing budget and/or solution budgets, including ongoing forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting
What You’ll Need:
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or traffic coordination at a marketing agency, or in managing marketing processes and projects within a large organization; global experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proven success in the areas of detail and accuracy, process improvement and problem solving
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data
- Ability to build internal and external relationships, partnerships, and business development
- Travel Requirement: Up to 10%
