Digital Marketing Director

BrightEdge is seeking a motivated and energetic Digital Marketing Director to join our team in Cleveland, OH! As our new Digital Marketing Director you would take on the responsibility of developing our digital marketing strategy while leading and mentoring a small but growing team. Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop our digital marketing strategy and executing comprehensive, multi-touch integrated demand generation programs that drive and accelerate pipeline, account acquisition, retention and expansion.
• Optimize and implement best practices across all digital marketing programs, including SEO, SEM, display, mobile, video, and social, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and inside sales conversions.
• Own the entire metrics stack for all global digital efforts including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and influence on new and add-on bookings as well as retention
• Assess content effectiveness, and drive alignment between marketing campaign narratives, the website user experience and KPIs.
• Design and perform usability and a/b tests to increase online lead capture, profit, new customer acquisition, cross-brand utilization and other KPIs
• Act as a strategic partner to product marketing, field marketing, communications, field sales and inside sales teams

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful digital marketing management using strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills
• 6+ years of progressive digital marketing experience in a SaaS or technology company with commercial clientele
• Salesforce.com CRM experience required
• Google Analytics or other web analytics experience required
• Eloqua or other ESP system experience preferred
• Site planning and management experience
• Strong knowledge of SEO and experience in organic/earned media
• Strong writing and detailed editing ability
• Motivated self-starter who is competitive and driven
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong instincts and corporate maturity
• Ability to create order and drive execution
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
