Description

Position Summary. The Analyst is responsible for successful enrollment and concurrent implementation of assigned new Avendra customers including both Organic Growth (i.e., new property additions to existing Avendra management company portfolios) or new Avendra SCSA customers by handling the enrollment and implementation of these customers and effectively planning, coordinating and directing Avendra’s internal resources to ensure they provide timely training and education. The Analyst will act as the liaison between Account Management, FSCR, Avendra supplier and customer representatives.

Position Reports to Manager Implementation

Primary Responsibilities

  • Customer Enrollment – Track and manage the pipeline of customer enrollments including new property additions to existing Avendra management companies; the addition of new program bundles or suppliers; processing name and/or hotel brand changes; changes in hotel ownership or management or other changes impacting enrollment
    • Executing against enrollment-related tasks to reduce cycle time to implementation
    • Actively communicate status updates to clients; solicit support and client engagement as needed to ensure certain process milestones are met
    • Prepare documents for electronic signature
  • Implementation Project Planning and Management – Responsible for the planning and management of new customer implementations, including: customizing implementation plans for specific accounts, tracking progress against task completion and managing/focusing Avendra, Customer and Supplier resources to achieve superior results
    • Work directly with customers to develop/customize the implementation strategy, customer preparation/change management, collect required prerequisite documents and data, and project kick-off meeting facilitation
    • Create customer-facing communication templates, presentations, work plans
    • Manage pipelines of new enrollments and new sales clients
  • Actively partner with and communicate to Avendra suppliers to ensure key enrollment and implementation milestones are met; work to decrease cycle time; focus on increasing supplier engagement to drive participation and spend ramp
  • Maintain accurate customer records in company database (namely eRM)
  • Milestone & Goal Achievement – Ensure that implementations achieve certain milestones and goals that lead to successful customer transitions to Account Management

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Support and refine enrollment processes through continuous improvement of communication templates, training materials, brochures, reports, and related processes (e.g., DocuSign), etc.
  • Coordinate and conduct training calls for select service properties, locations with limited program enrollment and customers located in remote geographies, as business needs or capacity dictates
  • Improvement Opportunity Identification – Identify potential opportunities to improve the process through refined processes and tools/templates

Work Environment. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

  • Excellent communication and customer management skills to lead customers through the Implementation process
  • Solid Project Management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in MS Office software especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Years of Relevant Experience. 2-4 years of experience

Education Requirements. BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
