Rally Health, part of the UnitedHealth Group portfolio of companies, is currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern in our Minneapolis, MN office.

You will work alongside the Rally Digital and Social Marketing team to create and execute innovative digital marketing & social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, as well as user and customer growth.

The ideal candidate will be self­-motivated, comfortable juggling multiple projects with a passion for digital and social media. An eye for detail and willingness to dig the into process, data and campaign results will be fundamental to this position.

About the team:

The Rally Digital and Social Marketing Team is responsible for driving brand awareness, user and customer growth through a range of digital channels, including social media.

Our team collaborates with many teams across Rally to develop projects and campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and customer growth through excellence in performance marketing.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Assist with digital and social media strategy
  • Assist with execution of marketing campaign and social media-related tasks
  • Assist with creating, managing and tracking marketing campaigns
  • Analyze marketing campaign results
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional marketing team to support brand activations and events.
  • Assist with analyzing data, managing dashboards, and creating reports
  • Project management
  • Help the team with additional special projects, as they arise such as Social Media Style Guide (fine-tune what is currently in place), Social Media Evergreen Content (develop asset library of templates, content and copy to leverage), streamline Social Media Intake Process/ Calendar Management, lead smaller social-first campaigns (these could be platform-specific) and lead smaller digital media campaigns

Qualifications

  • Require "rising" Junior or Senior pursuing a BA/BS degree in Marketing Communications with an emphasis in digital media
  • Collaborative spirit
  • Familiarity and interest in Social Media Platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Enterprise (Gmail, Gcal, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Strong social communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work confidently, both independently and on a team
  • Naturally curious and creative: constantly looking for ways to improve upon things

This position will be located in our Minneapolis, MN office. We do not offer relocation or housing for this role.
