Pariveda Solutions has arrived in Toronto. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to advise and partner with our local leadership to fulfill Pariveda’s mission by engaging and hiring exceptional talent. In this role, you will use your experience, creativity, and passion for recruiting to build the office and influence the culture.

You Can Expect To:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work from our downtown Toronto office as a part of a highly collaborative North American Talent Acquisition team to hire top quality professional consultants.

• Manage full life cycle recruiting in an environment where the quality of hire trumps quantity
• Attract passive and active talent within your market by creating excitement about Pariveda and building meaningful relationships with candidates
• Partner with Sourcing to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and generate a pipeline of exceptional technical talent
• Effectively utilize available recruiting tools, sourcing techniques, and social media to identify and engage talent
• Contribute to building the foundation for Pariveda's continued long term growth by participating in intellectual capital development and training others
• Advise and interact directly with local executives (your clients)
• Work with an ambitious, collaborative North American Talent Acquisition team to improve your recruiting skills and help to grow theirs
• Take ownership of your career and personal development with continuous 360-degree feedback and guidance from your mentor and Pariveda's proprietary Expectations Framework

We Look For:

• Minimum 6 years of hands on experience recruiting technical talent
• Experience building a market level talent acquisition strategy
• Competency leveraging Boolean search techniques and search engines such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to build a pipeline of quality people from your own sourcing efforts
• Deep Toronto market knowledge within the technical and/or professional services space preferred
• Ability to quickly grasp Pariveda's purpose and mission and convey that knowledge to potential candidates
• Expertise in conducting detailed and comprehensive candidate interviews
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
• Legally authorized to work for any company in Canada without sponsorship
