Recently AppFolio acquired a start-up company, Dynasty, who created an AI bot named Lisa. Lisa, is a conversational AI which automates leasing communications, replaces manual tasks, and helps customers grow their business.

What You’ll Do:

An AI Support Specialist is one of the most important roles at AppFolio and amongst successful SaaS businesses, as it directly impacts customers’ lifetime, happiness, and retention. This helps the customer find value in our product and creates love for our company.

Must Have:

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years work experience
