Your Mission

As the Marketing Manager for Activision Blizzard Consumer Products you will be a driving force in developing and executing campaigns, roadmaps and go-to-market plans in support of our licensing and merchandising business. You are a clear, confident and consistent communicator with deep marketing experience across Owned and Earned marketing channels.

In this role you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with key teams and stakeholders across the organization on a global scale, including franchise and studio, digital marketing, creative development, PR and more in order to ensure support and delivery of marketing initiatives across CPG’s portfolio. Interfacing with external partners and managing these relationships will also be critical in order to advocate for and grow our business.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Director of Global Marketing for ABCPG in order to identify key opportunities, set goals and KPIs
  • Own creation and execution of B2C and B2B marketing campaigns and events, go-to-market plans, assets/materials and roadmaps that consider and leverage product plans and partner strengths, as well as franchise and cultural calendars
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders across the globe to influence and maximize support and opportunities, including establishing feedback loop
  • Partner with franchise and creative teams to develop library of marketing enablement materials such as brand decks, sizzle reels, etc
  • Onboard and/or manage high-value, external partners to level-up and scale marketing campaigns, experiences, reporting, etc
  • Regularly track performance and report metrics that matter, monitoring ROI for all programs, evaluate and optimize continuously, identify and execute research and insights studies where possible
  • Drive 360 campaign/program management, including approvals, processing POs, submitting forecasts and reconciling activity/budget spend by campaign, quarter and year

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of Channel, Event or Retail Marketing or Product Management experience in Consumer Products, Video Game or Interactive Entertainment industries
  • Exceptional presentation skills across varying audience from internal teams, to Senior leaders and fans
  • Able to flex across different kinds of projects and tactical approaches as business goals evolve
  • Aptitude for identifying whitespace opportunities
  • Keen understanding of digital performance and content marketing
  • Proven analytical and budget management skills, an aptitude for research and consumer or industry insights
  • oOganized and detail-oriented with solid Project Management abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
