Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Communications Lead to join our KPMG Business Enablement Services Team organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wide-ranging communication strategies, integrated tactical communication plans and compelling key messages that support the introduction and adoption of KPMG International products and services and drive measurable outcomes
  • Plan, write and oversee communications deliverables, including counselling project teams, generating initial ideas and plans, aligning plans to overall project plans, and execution of agreed plans
  • Develop and deliver compelling stories about program and project activities, and write about complex technology issues for various audiences
  • Progress stakeholder and audience analyses to adapt communications deliverables in a targeted and meaningful way, and develop or adjust strategies and tactics accordingly
  • Produce and/or manage the production of other communications materials, including briefings, collateral, digital/web, and video including the publishing of content online, and liaising with any third party creative or publishing groups as necessary
  • Work and expand into broader areas of change management delivery, such as impact assessment, implementation guidance development, and change network activation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of communications experience in any of the following areas: internal, marketing, change management, technology working across business and geographical boundaries, at a major international company, professional services firm, or in an agency environment desired
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with communicating technology products and services, particularly as it relates to a matrixed, federated organization and/or professional services firms, is desirable, with prior experience desirable in campaigns, marketing, public relations, digital visualization to enable global product launches and help users adopt new tools/services
  • Ability to produce various corporate media including print, online and video as well as strong editing/proofreading skills, able to work with web technology, including portal sites and digital and social media
  • Highly motivated collaborative self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, sense of urgency, and can manage multiple tasks on diverse global projects and priorities involving multiple project owners
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Adobe CS suite, including Dreamweaver and Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint preferred
