As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you are the key advisor to Moogsoft’s most valuable customers. You serve as an ambassador to the customer’s team and ensure their business priorities are aligned to maximize the value of their investment and accelerate their digital transformation. AIOps moves fast and you’ll need to be responsive to requests, flexible yet organized and always ready to jump in and lead. The TAM role is a unique opportunity to contribute to high visibility, high impact client projects during an exciting growth phrase for Moogsoft. Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for ensuring customers realize the full value of AIOps and continue to use the Moogsoft platform
    • Work closely with the Moogsoft sales team on new opportunities and growth within existing accounts
    • Provide accurate technical & adoption advisory
    • Provide Moogsoft product management with customers’ feedback to help identify friction points and new features

Requirements:

    • Customer-facing experience working with large enterprise customers (Fortune 1000)
    • Proven track record of communicating with executive-level stakeholders
    • User or administrator experience with IT Operations and IT Service Management Products and Processes
    • User or administrator experience with IT Monitoring Products (for example IBM Netcool, BMC Truesight, Spectrum, etc.)
    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree

Nice To Have:

    • IT Service Management process design experience
    • Prior Pre-Sales or Post-Sales Engineer experience
    • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
