DIVISION: Corporate HR

REPORTS TO: Area Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

LOCATION: Moscow, Russia

THE POSITION: TA Specialist serves as the primary contact for all Talent Acquisition-related topics for the following Abbott divisions: Abbott Nutrition; Abbott Diagnostics Division; Abbott Molecular Diagnostics; Abbott Diabetes Care; Cardio Arrhythmic Heart Failure; Abbott Vascular Division; Abbott Point of Care; Structural Heart; Abbott Rapid Diagnostics; Established Pharmaceutical Division (Commercial excellence, Logistics, Administration)

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY/SCOPE:

  • Full recruitment cycle for different functions: sales, marketing; commercial excellence; regulatory affairs; quality affairs; logistics; customer service; administration; internships
  • Participation in global TA projects (University Relations, CRM implementation, etc.)
  • Work in a trusted partnership with Business HR managers and hiring executives
  • Recruitment for international hiring managers
  • Assessments of candidates
  • Management of agencies
  • Vendor management
  • Management of Workday Recruiting
  • Everyday work in Database Experium (other databases)
  • Provide strategic market data and market research (talent mapping for executive roles)
  • Project management
  • Reporting for TA purposes; for HM requests

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in pharma, medical devices, FMCG)
  • Competency-based interviewing and assessment experience
  • Proven ability to drive recruitment process to ensure hiring executives’ and candidates’ satisfaction
  • Integrity, maturity, cultural sensitivity
  • Competitive drive, strong work ethics, desire to grow and succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
