Job Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are in need of qualified and focused individuals, like yourself. This is a vital role with our Clinical Safety team whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and delegate daily workload for safety database team;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements for safety reporting as it relates to the safety database;
• Manage safety database upgrades and change control processes;
• Oversee and develop a team of Safety Database Specialists;
• Serve as main point of contact for vendors and safety database related inquiries;
• Maintain and develop system related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and procedural documentation;
• Oversee training of end users; and
• Provide guidance and leadership on additional projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics or similar area
• 5+ years of clinical safety/pharmacovigilance database administration experience (Argus preferred);
• Experience using business intelligence reporting tools preferred (i.e., Cognos, Oracle Business Intelligence, Business Objects)
• Excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills
