The SCM COE Associate Analyst supports the operational management of the Procure-To-Order (PTO) process within SCM as well as source-to-order applications, associated business processes, and compliance. Provides end user support for internal Employees across the Enterprise. Provides troubleshooting and manages responses to ensure solutions are delivered on-time, are aligned with stated requirements and comply with departmental standards.
WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

• Provides Level 1 support in-person, via telephone or email messaging to all end users of Supply Chain Management systems and processes and enters tickets into issue tracking tool
• Coordinates escalation of user issues or system incidents to Level 2 support within the SCM COE Team or to external support teams, as appropriate.
• Monitors and maintains various data elements within the Supply Chain Management systems
• Acts as a coordination and facilitation point for organizing work efforts.
• Through continuing education and training, maintains awareness of changes and updates to SCM policies and procedures as well as system enhancements and educates end user community to support adoption and adherence.
• Project Management
· Takes on tasks in support of SCM strategic initiatives and projects.
· Manages time effectively to complete project related tasks.
· Establishes or follows prioritization process to drive own work and has a sense of urgency about getting work completed.
· Gives status updates and/or escalates challenges related to project task completion
· Understands dependency identification processes in technical work, verifies information and carefully reviews and checks the accuracy of own work.
• Analytical
· Identify problems, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, investigate information, and provide solution support.
· Understands at a broad level how technology platforms/architectures are applied to automated business solutions.
· Provide process improvement/trend analysis to prevent issues from reoccurring in the future.
· Researches and provides best practice recommendations for solutions
• Technical
· Effectively applies knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing a range of problems
· Partners with other COE Team members to provide solutions within Source-To-Pay
· Maintains strong working knowledge of both SCM and related Enterprise systems.
· Stays informed about current developments, strategies, and projects
· Support Sarbanes Oxley initiatives through routine control checks
• Relationship Management
· Listens and documents to client’s needs through active listening and insightful questions
· Acquires information from a variety of sources and synthesizes information in a meaningful way for the Customer
· Escalates opportunities to prove efficiencies for Customers with the Team
• Business Systems Knowledge
· Supports and assists Supply Chain Management (SCM) system users by responding to documenting Customer inquiries and requests
· Educates Customers on current system processes and checks for comprehensive understanding
· Performs systems administration activities (i.e., security, master data, integrations, content, templates, parameters, etc.)
· Performs testing for new or enhanced service improvement requests and releases that will impact SCM system users
· Assists in developing and implementing Procurement policies/procedures, training and quick reference guides as well as maintains related documents.
· Has solid knowledge of systems and can use them to locate information in order to handle routine inquiries.

• Meets to discuss lessons learned and actions needed to be taken by the Team to gain efficiencies
• Ability to serve a full range of assignments
• Manages time effectively through organizing work and seeking guidance as needed to resolve issues/questions in order to meet deadlines and service level agreements
• Follows established processes and procedures
• Supports and provides help to the Team to ensure accuracy and completeness of tasks
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
