Senior Recruiter / Sourcer, Asia Pacific

Join our ADP RPO team in Hong Kong supporting Goldman Sachs and be part of a dynamic recruiting and sourcing function on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing all levels for the firm, with end to end recruitment responsibility for Analyst level, Internal Mobility and Employee Referral candidates
  • Develop a deep understating of the client's business plans, role responsibilities and recruitment strategy to support, consult and present candidates in alignment with the client's needs
  • Research, identify and recruit candidates through the use of innovative and creative search methods including internet, networking and other industry related sources
  • Build networks and talent pools to align with future business requirements and gain understanding of the market to provide informative updates to the client around candidate / market conditions
  • Work with internal clients at all levels across multiple roles and divisions
  • Provide key updates on hiring during global or regional meetings / calls
  • Work closely with global ADP within your division and share best practice
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and client servicing together with project related work when required

  • Ability to develop strong relationship with key stakeholders and provide a consultative approach around recruitment needs and strategy
  • Good understanding of market conditions / nuances across the region
  • A passion in sourcing top talent in the market and building relationships with candidates across at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and judgement with an eye for detail
  • Commitment to client / candidate servicing, proactive approach and continuous communication across all stakeholders
  • A high level of pro-activeness and able to anticipate client needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (preference will be given to candidates who have the following):
  • Degree qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience gained within a corporate, RPO or agency environment working with global organizations (experience in financial services highly regarded)
  • Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills -- technically savvy
  • Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems (iCIMS) and other recruiting tools
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong commitment to client/candidate service (e.g.. responsive to emails, phone calls, proactive in providing feedback and maintaining communications with candidates and client)
  • High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to work in a highly functioning team environment
