Work Schedule:

Salary position
Evenings and weekends sometimes required
Travel throughout the entire region required / 50% travel

NE region includes: Madison, Grant, Delaware, Randolph and Henry counties.

What You Will Do

As a Physician Practice Operations Manager Associate with St. Vincent Health-IN, you will have the opportunity to manage the daily operations of the assigned practice site(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison between practice physicians and office employees, and between the practice and other clinical and administrative areas.
  • Manage the NE region float pool.
  • Develops growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and physician leadership. Supports financial, budget and business goals.
  • Ensures that staffing is in place to meet the demands of the provider's work schedules. May assist with the development and implementation of the physician compensation system.
  • Monitors the billing and collection functions.
  • Oversees daily operations of practice including but not limited to services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow.
  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
  • Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations.
  • Assesses quality of and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.
  • Leads the monthly team lead meetings for the region
  • Leads the statewide clinical onboarding team
  • Leads the annual clinical check off teams for the State
  • Provides on site lab training and check offs for all new associates in the NE region
  • Works with all other MPOs to manage clinical associate deficiencies
  • Serves on the statewide clinical competency committee in the development of statewide clinical protocols
  • Manages all CLIA activities for the NE region
  • Oversees all the EOC activities for the NE region

What You Will Need

Education:

  • Diploma
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • RN or LPN highly preffered

Work Experience:

  • 2 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
