Patient Scheduling Coordinator | Mosinee Clinic | Full Time Days | 40 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | No weekends and no major holidays

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful new blended primary care and occupational health clinic. Candidates for this position would be working with a close-knit group of associates. Candidates for this position must have excellent computer skills; Previous experience with Electronic Health Record systems is strongly preferred.

What You Will Do

As an associate with Ascension Mosinee Clinic, you will have the opportunity to schedule medical services for patients with other healthcare providers for assigned patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services. Obtains approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate.
• Assists with maintenance and updating of provider contact information.
• Ensures that all medical appointments, special instructions and patient information is entered into electronic medical system.
• Follows site-specific protocols and maintains up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance.

What You Will Need

Education:

• Diploma
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience:

• None required. Previous healthcare and customer service experience preferred.
