Joining HPE Aruba as Field Marketing Manager you will develop your own knowledge by supporting ongoing marketing activities and campaigns, and collaborating with marketing team members, marketing managers and local managers on projects.

How you’ll make your mark:

• As a strong communicator you work with sales and channel leaders to align Aruba’s business priorities in Germany, Austria & Switzerland to marketing programs and campaigns.
• As a strategic thinker you own BU Marketing Plan & Budget in region DACH including prioritization of spent per segment and campaign.
• With your can-do attitude you manage multiple high-visibility priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You like to grow and constantly develop your executive excellence of BU end-user initiatives in region across:
  • Corporate Communications including customer case studies
  • Demand Generation
  • Events
• You work with EMEA Demand Center on Digital Execution including country websites.

About you:

• You have a Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics with emphasis on Marketing/ Sales
• You spent multiple years in marketing with at least 5 years experience in a field marketing role
• You have in-depth knowledge of advertising/direct marketing agency practices and procedures.
• You are experienced in marketing planning, budget and project management.
• You are skilled working in a sales driven and matrixed organization.
• You show proficiency in English and German language (both written and spoken).

We are legally obliged to quote the KV minimum salary (related to KV Handel für Angestellte) for the position (€ 3.374,-- gross monthly salary with 38,5 h/w).

For this role an annual salary starting at € 70.000 gross (All-In) is planned - with the willingness to pay significantly more depending on individual experience and qualification plus an extensive benefits program.
