The Business Agility Consultant will enable transformation at Thomson Reuters by partnering with senior leaders to optimize and accelerate growth in their business. Your expertise in collaborating with business leaders will shape exceptional operating models, business processes, and teams. You will exemplify the mindset and behaviors that underpin cultural shifts associated with being a modern, agile organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for consulting and advising senior leaders to improve their operating models, OKR alignment, workflows, and team and customer interaction points to help them operate more effectively
  • You will analyze current state business operations for strengths and challenges, provide recommendations to optimize future state and work with leaders to test and implement the recommendations.
  • You will coach leaders to remove organizational constraints and understand benefits of applying agile principles across the entire organization.
  • You will role model with your agile mindset and knowledge of practices that facilitate agility.
  • You will help to develop organization wide agile awareness as needed, and will help refine the TR agile playbook
  • You will monitor OKR metrics to continuously track the impact, adoption and maturity of Agile ways of working to aid in accelerating overall Agile transformation efforts.

  • Excellent at developing & communicating recommendation
  • Ability to challenge status quo while partnering in the business and setting priorities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing to Executive Leadership Teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, 10+ years of experience in any management consulting or business transformation roles
  • Expertise in understanding business needs/requirements and contextualizing to unique situations
  • Experience with consulting, theory, and implementation of organization design & change management models
