Your Role and Responsibilities

• Verify that System and User Documentation accurately reflect the Production processing flow.
• Writes software process documentation following key steps in the ACS development workflow, to promote efficient communication of development approach.
• Develops, maintains and optimizes detailed work instructions to support clarity and consistency of development approach.
• Reviews and edits technical writing by other team members to maintain clarity and consistency."

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and orally
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical language into ‘plain English
• Able to process and understand complex information concisely and effectively
• Business oriented perspective to system support processes.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Functioning knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Sharepoint and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity of working within a formal project management framework.
• Proven troubleshooting skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Previous Healthcare experience
